As an Intuitive Life Coach, I help my clients successfully achieve their aspired goals + dreams. I absolutely LoVe how every one of my clients intuitively knows what they want and seek. Their inner aspirations are simply waiting (within them) to become manifest into the world.
The path to goal achieving comprises several elements.
Here are three (3) core elements to consider, ensuring a joyful, successful goal pursuit:
Element #1: Clearly Defining Your Aspired Goal
The very first element to be defined in goal/dream achievement is defining clearly what YOU aspire. Vagueness or abstractness are typically NOT conducive to success.
For example, if your goal was ‘I wish to be financially wealthy‘,
there is less probability that YOU will actually achieve and experience this, as it is quite broad.
Instead, if your goal was ‘I have 555,000$ (or more) in savings and I earn 15,000$ in monthly income, consistently, throughout the year 2019‘,
YOU have a better chance of actually achieving and experiencing this, as it is clear what YOU are aiming for.
Clarity is key in aligning YOU and guiding YOU towards your goals.
In addition, clarity allows YOU to make choices + decisions that are in line with what YOU are aiming for. Brilliant, yes?
Element #2: Elaborating Your Baby Steps Action Plan
The next essential aspect of your journey to goal achievement is crafting your action plan.
This step is like defining your roadmap. Defining which way to take while going from where YOU are at (now) to where YOU wish to be (your destination).
As many goals require several steps (depending on their scope), it often requires time + effort + focus on your behalf. To avoid any overwhelm, elaborating your action plan will help YOU clarify what resources + steps + actions + investment + time shall be needed for YOU to reach your goal. In other words, YOU shall draw a portrait of your roadmap.
One thing I joyfully encourage my clients to include in their action plan are Baby Steps, i.e. decomposing each step into smaller steps.
Baby Steps ensure that each action step is simplified, clear and doable along your journey.
Personally, I find that, when it comes to action plans, Baby Steps are often overlooked or underexploited. Yet, they carry tremendous power when pursued consistently. In fact, Baby Steps add up, quickly.
Isolated on its own, one single Baby Step does not appear powerful. However, when cumulating each Baby Step taken, it is easy to see how it moves YOU closer and closer towards your goal.
Baby Steps altogether offer remarkable end results.
Consequently? Developing the habit of taking consistent aligned Baby Steps is one of the most efficient + fun ways to achieve your goals. Yay!
Element #3: Adopting Sustainable Actions
Throughout your goal achievement journey, your actions taken will determine your success. Thus, I invite YOU to adopt sustainable Aligned Baby Step Actions.
Sustainability offers YOU the opportunity to maintain your action taking for the time needed. Taking small action steps over and over again increases your chances of cheerfully reaching your goal with ease.
Aiming too high or too big with your actions may hinder your motivation and focus. And this may sadly lead YOU to quit your goal achievement journey sooner than later.
For instance, if YOU take 5 sustainable Aligned Baby Step Actions, then that is 5 steps closer to your aspired goal. If YOU take 0 Big Action Steps because they require too much out of YOU at once, then that is 0 steps closer to your aspired goal.
Adopting and taking Aligned Baby Step Actions until YOU reach your end goal will assuredly be easier for YOU than if YOU were to envision taking only a few Big Action Steps without ever completing them.
For example, if your goal were to save money ($), and YOU had barely ever saved any money before, then planning to save 1$ per day or per week consistently for the next 6 months shall be more sustainable + doable then if YOU aimed at saving 10,000$ within the next 3 months. Do YOU see the difference?
Adopting sustainable Aligned Baby Step Actions will allow YOU to develop & grow your goal achievement muscles.
The more YOU do it, the easier it becomes to execute. The easier it becomes to execute, the more YOU move forward. The more YOU move forward, the closer YOU are to successfully achieving + experiencing your aspired goal.
