A key element to remember about goal-setting and intention-setting is that, at the beginning of the journey, when YOU clearly identify what YOU truly want, YOU are at the Starting Point (SP).
The goal (to be achieved) is located at the Destination Point (DP).
In between the SP and the DP, there lay a diversity of small steps and especially choices to be made.
It is the sum of all of those steps + choices that add up to your Destination Point (DP).
Thus, the choices YOU make along the way play an important role in where YOU are heading. YOU see?

When faced with a dilemma or when too many options are available, these questions may help YOU discriminate to make better choices, in alignment with what YOU truly, seriously want. No more side-tracking, yay!
Out of the 10 questions, here are 3 of my favourite questions that have helped me, over time, remain in alignment with my life’s true aspirations & goals.
Will this choice propel me toward an inspiring future or will it keep me stuck in the past?
This question is an important one.
Whenever YOU wish to embrace and integrate something new into your life,
YOU might have a tendency to choose what is already known to YOU or what feels comfortable to YOU.
*Beware that this choice might keep you in the past rather than propel YOU towards the future.
Whenever faced with this type of situation, remember to ask yourself,
will this choice propel me toward an inspiring future or will it keep me stuck in the past?
Will this choice bring me long-term fulfillment or will it bring me short-term gratification?
This question is fantastic!
How many times have YOU made a choice based on short-term gratification?
For instance, eating that cake when YOU were aiming for a healthy diet?
or Going on a vacation when YOU were planning to budget? Etc., etc.
*Beware that long-term fulfillment may require more time, more perseverance, more steps, more choices & more effort. It may also involve taking different choices (that are different from short-term gratification choices).
Remember this question when faced with a tempting dilemma, especially when it involves your senses, to not distract YOU from your fixed goal.
Will this choice add to my life force or will it rob me of my energy?
This question is about how YOU feel when YOU think of choosing between options.
Are YOU feeling expansiveness? or Are YOU feeling constrained?
Before choosing, check in with your body.
See how it reacts to a particular choice.
Adding to your life force should feel good, expansive, and light.
‘Every day, each of us makes a multitude of choices that will impact our lives…
Some choices are easy to make; some are more difficult…
no matter how large or small, easy or difficult, each choice that we make,
individually or collectively, alters the direction of our lives.’
The quality of our choices serve as a navigator.
